Family Device Management LLC is a technology consultancy based in Reno, Nevada. We specialize in configuring, deploying, and managing Apple devices for families and small organizations.
Most of our clients are families with multiple Apple devices who want them set up and managed properly but don't want to deal with the technical side themselves. We also work with small businesses and organizations that need the same kind of hands-on device management that larger companies get from their IT departments.
We handle everything from initial device configuration to ongoing policy management and support. Every client gets a setup tailored to their specific needs, not a one-size-fits-all template.
Family Device Management was founded by Michael Britten in Reno, Nevada.
The company started out of a straightforward observation: families and small organizations have the same device management needs as larger enterprises, but they don't have IT departments to handle it. Managing a fleet of Apple devices properly takes real technical knowledge, and most people would rather have someone else deal with it.
That's what we do. We bring the same level of professional device management to smaller clients who wouldn't otherwise have access to it.
