We provide hands-on Apple device management for families and small organizations. Here's what that looks like in practice.
Every engagement starts with building out custom configuration profiles for your devices. A profile is a set of policies and settings that gets applied to an iPhone, iPad, or Mac to control how it behaves.
What goes into a profile depends entirely on the client. For some organizations, it's mostly about managing which apps are available and setting up email and communication tools. For others, it's more about content policies and access management. We build each profile around the specific needs of the people who will be using the device.
Typical configuration work includes:
Every device gets configured individually. We don't apply blanket settings across the board unless that's specifically what you want.
Devices don't stay the same forever. People's needs change, new devices get added, policies need adjusting. We handle all of that so you don't have to deal with the technical side yourself.
Ongoing management means you have someone to email when something needs to change. Need an app added to a device? Need to update a content policy? Got a new device that needs to be enrolled and set up the same way as the others? That's all included.
This is not a one-time setup service. Management is part of every service plan because devices that aren't maintained stop working the way they should.
If you're not sure what your organization needs, that's a normal place to start. A lot of our clients come to us knowing they want their devices managed better but not knowing exactly what that means or where to begin.
We'll talk through your situation: what devices you have, who's using them, what's working, what isn't. From there we put together a recommendation for how to configure and manage things going forward.
There's no cost or commitment to have that initial conversation. If it makes sense to work together, we'll put together a proposal. If it doesn't, no hard feelings.
For organizations that need to roll out multiple devices at once, we handle the full deployment pipeline. That means devices get enrolled, configured, tested, and verified before they ever reach the people who will be using them.
This is especially useful for organizations setting up a fleet of devices for the first time. Instead of configuring each device by hand, everything is set up through managed enrollment. Devices arrive ready to use with all the right profiles and policies already in place.
We coordinate the entire process from procurement through handoff.
We're happy to walk through any of this in more detail. Reach out and we'll set up a time to talk.
